All Buildings can be enclosed & customized up to 14' High & 40' Wide Roof Metal runs End to End or Horizontal. Frame is 1 foot shorter than roof lengthwise, because the metal hangs off the ends 6 inches. This will be OK if you never go longer than 36 feet in length, because the longest piece of metal is 36' long and they would have to overlap the metal lengthwise and Carolina does NOT guarantee it against leaks. You would need to purchase a Vertical Roof Style to prevent leaks.

Customer IS Responsible for site being level for proper installation.

ALABAMA & OTHER STATES - CALL US

R&K IS A DEALER ONLY FOR CAROLINA CARPORTS INC. Because FLORIDA sets the Standard for the UNITED STATES, FL guidelines requires CCI to meet those guidelines. In FL they are required to meet 150 to 180 MPH wind loads. To meet those guidelines CCI must use 26 Gauge metal panels and double helix mobile home type tie downs are standard on ground anchors. OTHER States ( Ex. Alabama) do not require the guidelines required by FL, therefore only the minimum requirements are done. R&K CAN STILL SELL YOU A COVER but pricing will be for ALABAMA & OTHER STATES according to the guidelines on that state's flyer. It also states what is included. You can go to Carolina's website (www.carolinacarportsinc.com) to see the details for your state. R&K and Carolina do not recommend the Estimator on their website because it often times has errors. For example on one enclosed cover it quoted $152 rather than $1502 for each end closed.
